100 outstanding and excellent workers were honored by the Trade Union of Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company (Casumina) in coordination with the Company's Board of Directors at the conference "Foreign of Outstanding and Excellent Workers" held on the morning of May 22.
The report of the Casumina union said that the company has organized an emulation movement "Good workers" and organized quarterly awards for good workers since the third quarter of 2018. On average, each quarter, the company honors 122 excellent employees with a reward of 1.2 million VND/person (of which the company rewards 700,000 VND, the company's union rewards 500,000 VND).
In addition to the number of excellent workers who have been rewarded above, each year the company also honors and rewards 100 outstanding workers with outstanding achievements in production labor with a bonus of 1.5 million VND/person (of which the company's trade union rewards 1 million VND and proposes that the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union reward them with an additional 500,000 VND) and is held in the annual "Workers' Month".
Mr. Tran Khanh Tuan - a worker at Hoc Mon Rubber Factory, under Casumina, one of the excellent workers who were awarded this year - emotionally said: "The emulation movement "Good workers" organized quarterly by the Union in coordination with the Company's Board of Directors has encouraged union members and workers to enthusiastically compete in production, overcome difficulties, promote responsibility and have many initiatives, improve techniques, and complete assigned tasks well. Thereby, contributing to increasing the salary and income of union members and workers".
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Le An Hai - Chairman of Vietnam Industry and Trade Union - highly appreciated the initiative of Casumina Trade Union in coordinating with the Board of Directors of the Company to organize the honor of good and annual workers every year, thereby contributing to improving the production and business results of the company and the salary and income of workers each year.
Mr. Hai also suggested that Casumina Trade Union continue to encourage union members and employees of the company to promote the spirit of innovation, creativity, actively compete in "Good Workers", accompany to contribute to the development of the enterprise.
Mr. Hai also suggested that the Casumina Board of Directors continue to pay attention to and facilitate the activities of the company's trade union, ensure jobs, and better care for the lives and income of workers.
On this occasion, the Vietnam Trade Union of Industry and Trade and the Vietnam Chemical Trade Union presented 30 workers of Casumina in difficult circumstances with gifts worth 2.5 million VND/gift each (of which the Vietnam Trade Union of Industry and Trade will support 1 million VND/person and a gift in kind worth 500,000 VND/person; the Vietnam Chemical Trade Union will support 500,000 VND/person and the Vietnam Chemical Group Social Security Fund will support 500,000 VND/person).
