On January 9, Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company (Dakruco) held a conference to summarize production and business work in 2025 and deploy tasks for 2026.
The total area of production and business land under the company's management is more than 8,864 hectares. The company's main production and business activities are planting, caring for, exploiting, processing and exporting natural rubber; production of pineapple; fruit trees of all kinds; hotel, restaurant and service business.
Currently, the unit has a total of 2,520 employees. Of which, workers who are ethnic minorities have 1,073 people, accounting for over 42% of the total number of employees. The number of trade union members is 2,256 people.
In production and business, in 2025, the total rubber latex production of the company reached about 8,572 tons, exceeding the plan by more than 112%. Total revenue is estimated to reach nearly 706 billion VND, pre-tax profit is over 88 billion VND, all exceeding the set plan. The average selling price of rubber latex reached more than 48 million VND per ton; labor income maintained stable at over 9 million VND per month.
Mr. Nguyen Thien Van - Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee assessed that in 2025, in the context of many difficulties and challenges, Dakruco has made efforts to overcome obstacles, synchronously implement solutions in management, operation and production organization, thereby achieving many positive results.
Accordingly, the unit achieved and exceeded many production and business targets; rubber latex production, revenue and profit all increased compared to many years ago. In particular, the company seriously fulfills its obligations to the State when the total amount paid to the State budget, social insurance and other payables. From there, contributing to consolidating a safe, transparent and stable financial foundation.
Notably, the average income of workers in the year reached more than 9 million VND/person/month, an increase of 13.2% compared to the previous year, showing the practical concern of businesses for workers' lives.
According to the Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, 2026 is the beginning of a new term, which is important in creating a foundation for implementing development goals for the 2026-2030 period. However, the rubber industry is forecast to continue to face many difficulties and challenges.
Therefore, he suggested that Dakruco continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, proactively innovate management thinking; improve resource efficiency; control costs well; promote the application of science and technology and appropriate technical solutions to improve productivity, product quality and increase competitiveness in the market.
The unit needs to continue to expand investment cooperation at home and abroad; and at the same time actively coordinate with the local authorities where the company is located to realize the goal of developing production and business associated with environmental protection and better care for the lives of workers," emphasized the Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee.
In 2026, Dakruco strives for rubber latex production to reach 8,772.87 tons, an increase of 14.7% compared to 2025... Total revenue reached 814.25 billion VND, an increase of 16.7%; pre-tax profit reached 91.22 billion VND, an increase of 13.7%. In particular, the average income of employees reached 9.80 million VND/person/month, an increase of 16.7%.
