Patriotic emulation becomes a driving force for the development of workers and the country
According to the Chairman of the Vietnam Education Union, when emulation becomes a driving force, it will create awareness, positive behavior, effective labor and contribute to social development. Emulation is organized methodically, with clear purposes and procedures will form movements; many movements together towards the goal of building and protecting the Fatherland will create patriotic emulation movements for the sustainable development of the nation.
Mr. An said that launching and organizing patriotic emulation movements is a strength, and also an important political task of the Trade Union organization, especially in the context of the country promoting industrialization, modernization, digital transformation and deep international integration.
According to the Chairman of the Vietnam Education Union, in recent years, patriotic emulation movements have entered labor and production life, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere in agencies, units, and businesses. From that reality, many typical collectives and individuals have emerged, along with thousands of valuable initiatives and technical improvements.
Movements such as "Good Labor, Creative Labor", promoting initiatives, competing to complete and exceed plans, digital transformation, studying to improve qualifications, building a green - clean - beautiful working environment, ensuring labor safety and hygiene have contributed to improving productivity, product quality and competitiveness of enterprises.
Through emulation movements, workers not only work for income but also enhance their responsibility to the collective, agencies, units and the country. From there, many initiatives, technology solutions, and effective working models have been formed, bringing great economic value to businesses and society.
Innovating emulation movements to adapt to digital transformation and the creative era
For the education sector, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc An said that the movement "Teach well - Learn well" has long become a xuyên suốt symbol of the sector. According to Mr. An, typical teachers and emulation soldiers are not only outstanding individuals but also the nucleus promoting the development of units and localities. Currently, the emulation movements of the education sector are closely following the spirit of Resolution 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.
To support the intellectual team, the Vietnam Education Union has innovated the emulation movement through forums connecting scientists, building a strong inter-sectoral research group network, sharing new research directions and international publication experiences. Thereby, creating a favorable environment for scientists to promote their capacity and contribute to the development of science and technology of the country.
Faced with the rapid changes in the labor model in the context of digital transformation, artificial intelligence, automation and digital economy, he proposed 4 key groups of solutions: Linking emulation movements with political tasks and practical needs of workers; creating a safe and humane working environment; promoting the application of information technology, building a digital platform to connect union members; promptly honoring initiatives, projects and examples of creative labor.
