Nghe An Provincial Department of Home Affairs has just announced the results of a survey on the situation of Binh Ngo 2026 Tet bonuses at enterprises in the area.
The survey was conducted in many groups of units, including 10 single-member limited liability companies with 100% state capital, 15 state-owned enterprises, 7,324 private enterprises and 45 foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises.
The results show that the highest New Year's bonus this year is 40 million VND, a sharp increase compared to the highest level last year (15 million VND). The average bonus for the Lunar New Year is 1.85 million VND/person, some businesses only pay "symbolic" bonuses of about 100,000 VND.
Most businesses focus resources on Binh Ngo Lunar New Year bonus 2026, with an average of 4.97 million VND/person. Of which, FDI enterprises recorded the highest bonus of up to 87 million VND, and also the lowest bonus of 800 thousand VND.
In other business groups, the highest Lunar New Year bonus for state-owned enterprises reached nearly 61.5 million VND, for private enterprises it was 45 million VND, and for 100% state-owned enterprises it was the highest at 25 million VND.
