In order to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, dynamism and creativity of the capital's workforce in the period of strong transformation to a digital economy, digital society and smart cities, the City Labor Federation has launched the Writing Contest "Capital Workers - Good thinking, good actions" and Photo/ video clip contest "City Trade Union firmly enters a new era".
The two contests have been strongly and extensively implemented, attracting thousands of collectives, union members, workers and civil servants to participate.
The writing contest "capital workers - Good thinking, good deeds" with hundreds of quality articles. The entries closely followed the contest theme. Many authors have their own way of expressing their own writing style, good literature, creativity, and diverse forms of expression. There are many articles about their self-identities, many articles about colleagues and leaders, and there are also authors who write about workers they have met for the first time.

In addition, the Photo/ video Clip Contest "The Capital Trade Union firmly enters the new era" is not only a creative playground, but also a valuable documentary repository of the beautiful image of workers, demonstrating the trust and appreciation of workers in the Trade Union organization.
The works closely follow the contest theme, conveying a positive message about the Trade Union organization in the new era.
Many clips were elaborately staged, effectively exploiting diverse aspects of Trade Union activities.
The contest has ended, the awards are presented but the rewards will be extended. The biggest thing the contest brings is an affirmation of the affection of union members and workers for the activities of the Trade Union, of which they are the subjects.
