Quang Ninh - Right at the graduation project defense ceremony, 15 engineers in the field of Mining Engineering were directly recruited by underground and open-pit coal production units under TKV.

According to Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited (TKV), TKV leaders and TKV's affiliated units have just attended the graduation project defense ceremony for the field of Mining Engineering - K66, Hanoi University of Mining and Geology and have directly recruited 15 engineers of the field of Mining Engineering immediately after students completed the project defense.

This is a breakthrough in TKV's personnel work, shifting from passively waiting for dossiers to proactively searching, screening and "ordering" talent right from the school seat.

This new approach has brought practical efficiency, right at the ceremony, 15 new engineers (including 12 underground mining engineers and 3 open-pit mining engineers) were officially received by TKV's key coal production units, including: Duong Huy Coal Company, Ha Lam Coal, Mao Khe Coal, Uong Bi Coal, Nam Mau Coal and Viet Bac Mining Industry Corporation.

This event aims to concretize the comprehensive cooperation agreement between the University of Mining and Geology and TKV, and at the same time affirm the Group's leadership's special attention to attracting and developing high-quality human resources, affirming that TKV is not only a leading coal production and trading enterprise but also has a high responsibility in building a future management labor force, contributing to the sustainable development of Vietnam's Mining Industry.
