On July 30, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Dong Nai Rubber Corporation - said that on the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2025), the Trade Union of the Corporation directed 21 grassroots trade unions to organize many practical and rich activities, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere among union members and workers.
The grassroots trade unions have organized many typical activities such as culinary competitions, competitions to learn about the current policies of the corporation, organizing sports competitions, cultural and artistic exchanges, attracting a large number of union members to participate.
This is not only a healthy playground but also an opportunity to strengthen the connection between workers, encourage the spirit of work and dedication.
In addition, grassroots trade unions also visited and presented gifts to workers in difficult circumstances and workers who had work-related accidents, demonstrating the spirit of the trade union always accompanying workers.
Through this meaningful series of activities, trade unions at all levels in the corporation continue to affirm their role as a reliable support, a bridge between employees and enterprises, contributing to building an increasingly strong workforce, contributing to stabilizing and developing production and business.
