Participating in the training class for key Trade Union officials in 2026 (first class) organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour are 82 officials who are members of the Standing Committee, members of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour at departments and units directly under the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour; Chairmen of Provincial and City Labor Federations, Central Industry Trade Unions, Economic Group Trade Unions, Corporations directly under the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour.
Speaking at the opening of the training class and directly presenting and exchanging specialized topics on New Thinking and Major Contents of the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress associated with digital transformation in the activities of the Vietnam Trade Union, Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu emphasized the spirit of innovation of the Trade Union organization as well as the responsibility of the team of Trade Union officials.
Immediately after the 14th Congress, the VGCL organized the launch of the emulation movement "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income"; the activities were implemented on the basis of a clear and practical goal-defining mindset.
On days from June 6-8. 8, trainees were conveyed and exchanged 9 topics, including: New thinking and major contents of the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress associated with digital transformation in the activities of the Vietnam Trade Union; Innovating the implementation of the task of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; Some guidelines and Resolutions of the 14th Party Congress on building the Vietnamese working class and a strong Trade Union organization in the new era; The establishment of the organization of workers at enterprises according to the 2019 Labor Code and issues posed to our country and the role of the Trade Union organization; Key tasks of trade union financial work and worker housing according to the Party and Government's guidelines; Promoting the implementation of trade union culture, worker culture, and occupational safety culture; Strengthening the work of developing union members, building a contingent of trade union officials and employees, building a strong Vietnam Trade Union organization and improving the effectiveness of Party building participation; Innovating propaganda, education, and mobilization of workers to participate in trade union activities.
In addition to the above topics, students also have practical topics with the content of exchanging experiences at grassroots trade unions under the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation.

After the first class, the VGCL will organize 2 next classes, including 1 class organized in Hanoi and 1 class organized in Ho Chi Minh City.
