On August 29, at the Security Industrial Park (Son Dong Commune, Hanoi), the Trade Union of 19.5 Company and Department H08 organized a social security and welfare program for union members to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the 80th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Public Security (CAND) tradition.
At the Program, representatives of the leaders of Department H08, representatives of the Board of Directors and the grassroots trade union of 19.5 Company presented 10 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances; 1 gift to support " union adopted children".
According to Mr. Le Van Quyet - Chairman of the Trade Union of 19.5 Company, the Company has 1,165 union members and workers, including 1,137 union members. The grassroots trade union has 5 affiliated trade unions and 24 trade union groups under the member grassroots trade union and the departmental trade union. The employment and income of union members are always stable, the average income in the first 6 months of the year is 13,600,000 VND/person/month.
Mr. Le Anh Phuong - Deputy Director of 19.5 Company said that in recent times, the Company's Board of Directors, in addition to efforts to ensure jobs and income for employees, has also coordinated with the grassroots trade union to take care of employees, especially those in difficult circumstances and suffering from serious illnesses.

The Trade Union of 19.5 Company also operates very actively and effectively through programs to care for workers such as organizing medical examinations, giving gifts, taking care of children's Tet... "In particular, in the past time, the grassroots trade union has accompanied, promoted, supported overtime workers, increased production hours to serve A80 tasks very effectively and practically, contributing to the overall success of the unit's political tasks", said Mr. Le Anh Phuong.
Also within the framework of the welfare program, grassroots trade unions organized union meals across the entire system of factories and enterprises in all three regions of the North, Central and South for 1,165 union members and workers. At the Security Industrial Park alone, about 400 union members attended the union meal, each meal worth 78,000 VND.
