Ms. Tran Ngoc My - Vice President of the Can Tho City Labor Federation - said that the program is one of the activities in a series of activities that vividly demonstrate the spirit of companionship and sharing of the Trade Union organization with workers.

From there, affirming the role and responsibility of the Trade Union organization in caring for union members, workers and families, contributing to the development of future human resources; at the same time, creating a practical mark in the Action Month for Children in 2026.

We understand that for workers and laborers in industrial parks and export processing zones, their livelihoods are still full of worries and hardships. Investing in children's learning and access to foreign languages and digital technology is sometimes a major concern. Therefore, the 200 sets of reading and learning English markers awarded by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor today is a very practical and meaningful gift," Ms. Tran Ngoc My emphasized.

This is a set of books integrating modern digital technology. With the motto "learn while playing - play while learning", this device will help students proactively learn English themselves anytime, anywhere. Through this, the gift is not only supportive in terms of knowledge, but also equips them with the necessary digital skills to confidently step into the future, towards becoming safe and responsible digital citizens.
