On the afternoon of November 21, the Golden Heart Social Charity Fund in coordination with the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation presented a Union Shelter to union member Bui Thi Le Ngoc - a member of the Union of Pou Chen Vietnam Co., Ltd., a worker in difficult circumstances. The support level for the Trade Union Shelter is 50 million VND/house. The program also awarded 25 scholarships to 25 workers in difficult circumstances who have overcome difficulties to study well under the Long Hung Ward Trade Union, Dong Nai Province with a level of 1 million VND/scholarship.
The total value of this donation is 75 million VND from the sponsorship of Vietnam Industrial Park Group.

Ms. Bui Thi Le Ngoc (47 years old, living in KP1, Bien Hoa ward, Dong Nai province) has difficult family circumstances, and has a small child with birth defects. The house Ms. Ngoc and her husband are living in was built 27 years ago and is seriously degraded and dilapidated.
Ms. Ngoc shared that she has been a worker for more than 10 years and is also the main breadwinner in the family. Her child was born deaf and is currently being sent to an "ethique" class, not being able to study like other normal children. Her house leaks every time it rains and she doesn't have money to repair it. This time, receiving support from the Trade Union Shelter program, I am very happy and touched. I will replace the corrugated iron roof and repair the house, said Ms. Ngoc.

Bui Ha Phuong Vi, a 6th grade student at Hoa Hung Secondary School, said: His mother is a worker at TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company in Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai Province. Her mother alone raised 4 children and is renting a room. Receiving this scholarship, I will save it to buy books, school supplies...

A representative of Vietnam Industrial Park Group said: From the very beginning of its establishment, the Group has identified sustainable development as not only in building modern industrial infrastructure, but also in sharing responsibility with workers and society. Therefore, we have launched the program "Vietnam Industrial Park - Connecting the future" with the desire to contribute to bringing a more stable life to workers' families, while creating conditions for their children to continue studying, nurturing future dreams, improving the quality of the country's human resources.

Representatives of Vietnam Industrial Park Group also thanked Lao Dong Newspaper, Golden Heart Social Charity Fund, and Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation for their support, helping the program to be implemented smoothly and to the right target, and hoped that today's support will help families stabilize their lives and students increase their confidence and determination on their learning journey, thereby spreading the spirit of sharing and solidarity in the working community of the province.
