On November 20, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued a document reporting the damage caused by natural disasters from November 17 to 20, 2025.
Permanent Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen proposed that the Government consider funding support for the province to overcome the consequences according to regulations.

The proposed budget of the province is 600 billion VND, to serve the work of overcoming damage caused by natural disasters to houses, agricultural production (planting, livestock, seafood, etc.) and repairing the vulnerable infrastructure system.
This capital will be used for items such as: Construction of embankments to prevent landslides on riverbanks and streams; dredging and clearing flood drainage flows; repairing damaged bridges, culverts, residential roads, irrigation works; reinforcing embankments to prevent landslides on traffic routes...

The Provincial People's Committee also recommended that the engineering forces of Military Region 7 strengthen coordination in surveying and repairing damaged roads at Prenn Pass and Mimosa Pass.
According to records, from 16-1911, many areas in the province will have heavy to very heavy rain, with rainfall at some points: D'Ran 208mm, Xuan Truong - Da Lat 180mm, Xuan Huong - Da Lat 127mm, Ka Do 125mm, Duc Trong 115mm, Don Duong 124mm.
From noon on November 19 to 9:00 a.m. on November 20, the rainfall in Lac Duong was up to 190mm, D'Ran 128mm, Xuan Truong - Da Lat 133mm.

Heavy rain caused serious landslides: Prenn Pass collapsed 100m; Mimosa Pass had 2 more broken locations; National Highway 27C collapsed on the positive slope, cutting off traffic; National Highway 20 through Hiep Thanh was deeply flooded; National Highway 28 had a 70m long crack in Quang Son.
The Provincial People's Committee assessed that natural disasters have caused severe damage to infrastructure, housing and agricultural production. Initial estimates show that the total damage to houses and agriculture is about VND800.22 billion, and from November 17 to 9:00 a.m. on November 20 alone is about VND95 billion. Localities are continuing to review and count in detail the extent of damage.
Due to limited local resources, the province has proposed support to restore essential infrastructure systems, repair houses, crops, livestock, seafood, and repair vulnerable works, ensure traffic, river embankments, bridges, culverts, residential roads and irrigation works.
