According to records, from 16-1911, many areas in the province will have heavy to very heavy rain, with rainfall at some points: D'Ran 208mm, Xuan Truong - Da Lat 180mm, Xuan Huong - Da Lat 127mm, Ka Do 125mm, Duc Trong 115mm, Don Duong 124mm.

Heavy rain caused serious landslides: Prenn Pass collapsed 100m; Mimosa Pass had 2 more broken locations; National Highway 27C collapsed on the positive slope, cutting off traffic; National Highway 20 through Hiep Thanh was deeply flooded; National Highway 28 had a 70m long crack in Quang Son.

The Provincial People's Committee assessed that natural disasters have caused severe damage to infrastructure, housing and agricultural production. Initial estimates show that the total damage to houses and agriculture is about VND800.22 billion, and from November 17 to 9:00 a.m. on November 20 alone is about VND95 billion. Localities are continuing to review and count in detail the extent of damage.

Due to limited local resources, the province has proposed support to restore essential infrastructure systems, repair houses, crops, livestock, seafood, and repair vulnerable works, ensure traffic, river embankments, bridges, culverts, residential roads and irrigation works.
