On the afternoon of October 2, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor announced that the Hac Thanh Ward Trade Union had just held a conference to deploy a number of key contents on the Trade Union Congress at all levels, term 2025 - 2030.
The conference was attended by nearly 120 delegates who are officials and union members representing affiliated trade unions, along with comrades Le Chung Van - Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee, Head of the Propaganda - Women's Work Department; Mr. Vu Tran Thanh - Member of the Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee, Deputy Head of the Department of Legal Policy and Labor Relations.
In his opening speech, comrade Nguyen Van Tien - Chairman of the Hac Thanh Ward Trade Union emphasized that the Trade Union Congress is an extensive political activity, not only summarizing the activities of the past term but also orienting the new period.
At the conference, delegates were thoroughly informed about the key contents in congress preparation such as: building political reports, personnel work, election process and notes in organization and management.
The conference atmosphere was vibrant and democratic with many practical exchanges of opinions, reflecting difficulties at the grassroots level. The questions were answered directly by comrade Le Chung Van, helping to remove many concerns and facilitate the upcoming congress organization.
In his speech, he requested that the grassroots trade unions promote the democratic spirit, closely follow the instructions, prepare carefully, and select Executive Committees with courage, capacity, and prestige so that the congress can truly become a festival for union members and workers.
The conference is considered a practical activity, contributing to raising awareness and skills in organizing congresses for grassroots union officials, creating a premise for Hac Thanh Ward Trade Unions to successfully organize the 2025 - 2030 General Meeting, contributing to the overall success of the Trade Union Congresses at all levels.
