From January 1, 2026, the unemployment insurance policy is officially implemented under the 2025 Employment Law, replacing the 2013 Employment Law, with many innovative contents to strengthen ensuring social security for workers.
According to new regulations, the unemployment insurance policy is expanded in coverage, adjusting contribution levels in a more flexible direction, contributing to risk sharing between employees and employers. The law also supplements food support for employees participating in vocational training and improving skills during the period of receiving unemployment benefits.
Along with that, the right to unemployment benefits is improved, creating conditions for workers to soon return to the labor market in the context of many socio-economic fluctuations.
To support workers, especially workers who are receiving unemployment benefits, the Quang Tri Employment Service Center regularly organizes job transaction sessions to connect labor supply and demand.
Through these transaction sessions, each year the unit has introduced jobs to more than 4,000 turns of workers, and at the same time supported more than 400 turns of businesses to recruit personnel to serve production and business activities.
Currently, the job exchange of Quang Tri Employment Service Center is organized periodically 2 sessions per month, gradually affirming its role as an effective and reliable connection channel between workers and businesses in the province.
