The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that, in his position as Secretary of Hoi An Party Cell, Chairman of Dai Tu District Business Association (old), Mr. Nguyen The Dai, Director of Hoi An Commercial Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, violated the Party's regulations and the State's laws, and was prosecuted by the Investigation Police Agency (Thai Nguyen Provincial Police) for the crime of "tax evasion".

Based on the content, nature, and extent of the violation, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to discipline Mr. Nguyen The Dai in the form of expulsion from the Party.
