On the evening of September 21, in Long An ward, Tay Ninh province, the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with the Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union to organize the "Mid-Autumn Festival Night" program in 2026 for children of union members and workers in Long An ward.
According to Ms. Pham Thi Quyen - Standing Vice President of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, Mid-Autumn Festival is not only an occasion for children to play and receive gifts, but also a time for love from family and community to be given. For the Trade Union organization, concern for children of union members and workers is also a way to accompany families who are working at factories, businesses, agencies, and units every day.
The "Mid-Autumn Festival Night" program is organized at 9 locations according to 9 local working groups, including Long An ward, Tan Ninh ward, Trang Bang ward, Thu Thua commune, Can Giuoc commune, Duc Hoa commune, Binh Hiep commune, Ben Cau commune and Tan Hoi commune.
Each point has 200 children participating. The program also rewards children of union members and workers who won prizes in national and provincial excellent student exams.
The Provincial Labor Federation organized commendation for 78 children with achievements in the national excellent student exam and provincial round; presented Mid-Autumn gifts to 200 children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
Over the past time, trade union levels in the province have also organized many activities to care for children of union members and workers such as awarding scholarships, school supplies, rewarding children with good academic achievements; visiting and supporting children in difficult circumstances and organizing entertainment, cultural and artistic activities.
This is an opportunity for union members and workers to feel more clearly the companionship of the Trade Union not only in work but also with their lives, families and the future of their children. Because each gift, each playground not only brings joy to young children but is also a practical encouragement for parents - workers who are contributing their efforts to agencies, units, businesses and their homeland," Ms. Quyen shared.
