Pursuant to Article 25 of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP amended and supplemented by Clause 14, Article 1 of Decree 85/2023/ND-CP, it is stipulated as follows:
Resignation of employment contract for trainees
1. Interns have their work contracts terminated and their recruitment decisions canceled if they do not meet the requirements after the probationary period or commit violations related to professional ethics and activities to the extent that disciplinary action must be considered according to the provisions of law.
2. The head of the public service unit shall terminate the working contract and report to the competent authority or unit to recruit civil servants to cancel the recruitment decision in the cases specified in Clause 1 of this Article.
3. Practitioners whose employment contracts have been terminated will receive a subsidy of 1 month's salary, current allowances and transportation allowances from the public service unit to their place of residence.
4. Other cases as prescribed by law.
