Phu Tho Provincial Social Insurance has just posted a list of units that have been late in paying social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for 6 months or more, with debts of over 20 million VND as of May 27, 2026.
According to the list of Phu Tho Social Insurance, Song Hong Intermediate School is currently ranked 2nd among units owing social insurance with a late payment amount of more than 1.6 billion VND, the number of workers late payment is 29 people, and the number of months late payment is 17 months.

Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper had many articles about the situation of teachers at Song Hong Intermediate School, who have not received salaries, social insurance, and health insurance for many months.
Responding to Lao Dong Newspaper on April 7, Mr. Nguyen Khac Hieu, Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee, said that after the newspaper's reflection, the province has intervened to handle it.
Provincial leaders have assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs, Department of Education and Training, and Provincial Social Insurance to develop a plan to resolve regimes, policies, and rights for employees; advise the Provincial People's Committee to resolve salary regimes, allowances and related regimes for teachers and employees of the school.
Mr. Nguyen Khac Hieu also said that he has requested units to review and advise on solutions in the direction most beneficial to workers, including a plan to pay salaries and social insurance for 20 months after the merger.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the Department of Finance to direct and guide Song Hong Intermediate School (before the merger) to finalize data, close financial books; carry out inventory and hand over assets until the merger time.
Phu Tho Provincial Social Insurance is responsible for reporting, reviewing and coordinating with the Department of Finance to handle contents and nghiệp vụ related to its assigned field.
