On May 9 and 10, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, Nha Trang Ward Trade Union, Nha Trang Tourist Cyclo Union and the Road Traffic Police Team under the Traffic Police Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police coordinated to organize propaganda on traffic safety and order (TTATGT) laws for union members.
Mr. Le Quang Nhat - Chairman of Nha Trang Cyclo Tourism Trade Union - said that the activity is part of the series of Workers' Month 2026 programs, aimed at raising awareness of law compliance and safe traffic participation skills for union members.
At propaganda sessions, officers of the Road Traffic Police Team disseminated the traffic safety situation in the province. Especially regulations related to passenger transport activities by tourist cyclo, common violations and penalties according to current regulations.
In addition, union members are also guided on safe traffic participation skills, cultural behavior when serving tourists and raising awareness of building a civilized and friendly tourism image.
After the program, union members all signed commitments to strictly comply with regulations when participating in traffic such as not going into prohibited roads, not going in the wrong lane, not lined up horizontally, not stopping and parking against regulations and not "begging and overcharging" tourists...
Through this, it contributes to raising awareness and responsibility of union members in particular and tourist cyclo drivers in Khanh Hoa in general in ensuring traffic safety and building a beautiful image of local tourism.
