The dialogue and direct exchange was attended by more than 300 union officials, workers, civil servants, and laborers (CNVCLD) of Quoc Oai district, Hanoi. The dialogue also took place online.
This is one of the practical activities of the Capital Labor Newspaper and the Quoc Oai District Labor Federation to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), International Labor Day May 1, in response to Workers' Month, Labor Safety and Hygiene Action Month 2025.
Participating in answering questions from officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers are Ms. Duong Thi Minh Chau - Head of the Propaganda and Support Department for Social Insurance participants in Region I; Master, lawyer Nguyen Van Ha - Deputy Head of the Hanoi Bar Association; Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Huong - Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Justice.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Editor -in -Chief of Labor Newspaper Dinh Tuan Anh said that the Capital Law 2024 was enacted with many important new points, creating a stricter legal corridor for the development of Hanoi in general and each employee in particular. New regulations not only focus on urban management, planning and economic development, but also expand the scope of protecting the rights of workers in the fields of industry, trade and services. These adjustments contribute to improving the quality of life, improving working conditions and ensuring social security for all workers, officials and employees.
New policies related to workers in 2024 also have many notable innovations, including adjusting salary mechanisms, social insurance and job support being given top priority to create motivation to work, increase stability and safety at work. These reforms not only help workers earn better incomes but also create opportunities to improve skills and develop careers in the context of strong economic transformation.
In particular, the implementation of organizational restructuring also has a profound impact on the working environment. Changes in personnel structure, administrative procedure reform and optimization of operating models of units not only aim to improve management efficiency but also help each employee have better working conditions, protect legitimate rights and have long-term development opportunities.
The dialogue session is an open forum for everyone to share views and questions to implement policies so that they are truly suitable for practical work - Mr. Dinh Tuan Anh said.

According to Clause 3, Article 15 of the Capital Law, 2024, cadres, civil servants and public employees working at the following agencies and organizations, they are entitled to increasing income according to their capacity and work efficiency: State agencies, Vietnam Fatherland Front; political organizations, socio -political organizations; Public non -business units are guaranteed all recurrent expenditures managed by the city. In particular, the increase in the increase in income shall not exceed 0.8 times the basic salary fund of cadres, civil servants and public employees under the management of the city.
In addition, workers also enjoy many regimes and policies related to social security. The 2024 Capital Law also stipulates the allocation of poverty reduction budgets; support for job conversion; support for 100% voluntary social insurance contributions for poor households, at least 60% for near-poor households, 20% compared to other subjects; policies to attract high-quality human resources; policies on health, education...
