On July 27, the Trade Union of Uy Viet Shoes Manufacturing Company Limited held a meeting to review the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union and honor outstanding collectives and individuals in the emulation movement for labor production in 2025.
Thereby, more than 400 union members and workers with outstanding achievements have been honored and recognized for their positive contributions to production activities and emulation movements at enterprises.
According to the Trade Union of Uy Viet Shoes Manufacturing Company Limited, honoring typical individuals is a meaningful activity to spread the spirit of competition among all union members, contributing to building an increasingly strong team of workers. This is an annual activity, and at the same time to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2025).
Currently, the enterprise has about 8,600 union members and workers working. In recent years, the grassroots trade union has always promoted its role as a representative, caretaker and defender of the legitimate and legal rights of workers.
At the same time, maintain the organization of many practical and meaningful programs such as: "Tet Sum Vay", giving gifts to workers in difficulty, mobilizing union members to support workers with serious illnesses... with a total budget of billions of VND per year.
In addition, the union also launched the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers", thereby arousing the spirit of enthusiasm for work, improving productivity, quality, and income for union members and workers.
