Mr. Do Van Tien - a worker at Dong Van Fiber Factory, Hanoi Textile and Garment Joint Stock Corporation - said that on the morning of February 16, he was reported to have been working for the second time and visited Uncle Ho's Mausoleum. Ms. Truong Thi Hoan - Head of the Processing Technical Department of Nam Ha Tinh Seafood Company said that she is the only worker in Ha Tinh province to be selected as one of 95 outstanding workers nationwide who are members of the Communist Party of Vietnam honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on the evening of February 16, she was very happy, moved and proud.
I am very happy and proud to be honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. That is a great motivation for me to continue to strive, explore, have more creations and initiatives to benefit the Company, helping the Company develop further to make high profits. Thereby, increasing the income and life of workers, Ms. Hoan shared.
It is known that Ms. Hoan has nearly 30 years of Party membership and more than 32 years of working at Nam Ha Tinh Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company. During her work, Ms. Truong Thi Hoan has had many innovative initiatives in production, bringing great economic efficiency to the company, and is also an exemplary Party member.
In addition to many small annual initiatives, in 2004, Ms. Hoan had an initiative to preserve raw materials that was awarded the Encouragement Prize by the Department of Science and Technology of Ha Tinh. In particular, in 2023, she had an initiative with the theme "Rolling truck transportation" applied instead of manual transportation. As a result, it has saved labor, increased labor productivity, and benefited the Company more than 500 million VND per year.
"During the product processing process, I saw that the workers were struggling to carry the raw materials in both hard work and ineffectiveness, taking a lot of time. Therefore, I have initiated the initiative to "Roll truck transportation" to reduce labor for workers, while increasing efficiency and labor productivity" - Ms. Hoan shared.
