On May 17, the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation organized a Meeting of Party members and workers in non-state-owned enterprises and commended typical Party members in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style for the first time in 2026.
The program was attended by Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Long province; Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation and nearly 200 party members and workers representing 1,942 party members currently operating in non-state enterprises in the province.
At the meeting, many presentations focused on clarifying the role of Party and Trade Union organizations in enterprises, with topics such as: "Party members are a link, building harmonious and stable labor relations in enterprises", "Party leaders - Trade Unions implement" in building harmonious and stable labor relations and "Building Party cells in non-state-owned enterprises - a driving force to promote sustainable production and business"...
The presentations suggested that party members and workers not only play a pioneering role in labor production but also act as an important bridge between workers and businesses, contributing to building a stable, disciplined and progressive working environment.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh said that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation always identifies Party development in non-state-owned enterprises as a key political task with long-term strategic significance. Currently, the whole province has 69 grassroots Party organizations in non-state-owned enterprises with 1,942 party members and workers operating at enterprises and residences.
According to Mr. Linh, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style has created positive changes in the awareness and actions of union members and workers; contributing to the formation of industrial style, raising sense of responsibility, creative spirit and labor discipline in enterprises.
On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation commended 13 collectives and 28 individuals with outstanding achievements in studying and following Uncle Ho; awarded 2 houses of gratitude and 35 difficult allowances to party members and workers in difficult circumstances.

Speaking to direct at the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung highly appreciated the role of party members and workers in local socio-economic development, especially in maintaining stable labor relations and building a harmonious and progressive production environment.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung, the force of party members and workers in non-state-owned enterprises not only directly creates material value but also plays a role as a "soft springboard" in politics and ideology at the grassroots level; contributing to building a safe, disciplined, stable and sustainable working environment.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung also proposed that Party committees and Trade Union organizations at all levels continue to innovate the content and methods of operation; improve the quality of Party cell activities in non-state-owned enterprises; pay attention to discovering and fostering outstanding union members to develop the Party.
At the same time, strengthen coordination between Party organizations, Trade Unions and businesses to build harmonious, stable, progressive labor relations, creating motivation to promote sustainable business development.
