According to the plan of the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation (LDLD), from December 29, 2025 to January 2, 2026, the Standing Committee will focus on directing the synchronous implementation of key tasks, ensuring smooth agency operations during the New Year holiday of 2026.
In which, the Provincial Labor Federation strictly implements the document of the Provincial People's Committee on hanging national flags and Party flags at agency headquarters, and at the same time assigns officials and civil servants to be on duty in accordance with regulations in order to promptly handle arising tasks.
At the same time, the Provincial Labor Federation will report on the results of the Trade Union Congresses at all levels for the term 2025-2030 according to the requirements of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; deploy steps to introduce cadres and civil servants of agencies nominating delegates to the Provincial People's Council for the term 2026-2031.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation also organized a Conference on the establishment of ward trade unions in 3 wards Long Chau, Tra Vinh, Nguyet Hoa; continued to guide the process of establishing ward and commune trade unions, promote propaganda and mobilization to develop union members, establish grassroots trade unions and grassroots trade unions.
At the same time, the Provincial Labor Federation issued a notice of inspection conclusions for 3 grassroots trade unions, and at the same time supervised 2 grassroots trade unions to improve the efficiency of grassroots trade union activities.
Notably, the organization plans for the "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" Program in 2026 were issued, associated with the emulation movement to celebrate the 14th Party Congress, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress and the Vietnam Trade Union Congress for the 2026-2031 term.
In addition, the Provincial Labor Federation developed a plan to visit businesses, give gifts to union members in difficult circumstances during the Lunar New Year and organize "Trade Union Year-end Meal", showing a practical role in caring for workers.
The Provincial Labor Federation also directed the grassroots trade union to coordinate in organizing the Conference of officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers in 2026; summarize trade union activities in 2025, develop a work program for 2026 and launch patriotic emulation movements among union members and workers.
In addition, announce the schedule for receiving dossiers and finalizing CDCS finances in 3 areas to be issued; and at the same time organize the 1st Conference of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation to approve programs, regulations and assign tasks for the 2025-2030 term.
The Provincial Labor Federation continues to prepare contents to serve the Conference summarizing trade union activities in 2025, as a basis for effectively implementing tasks in 2026.
