Mr. Ho Minh Thang - Head of AI Consulting and Deployment Department of FPT Cloud - emphasized that AI agents will play an important role in converting operating enterprises into AI-Native enterprises (AI plays a core role in all business activities).
Citing data from the world's leading consulting and auditing companies such as Amazon, BCG Group and McKinsey, Mr. Thang said that by 2025, there will be from 50 to 100 billion AI agents in operation to work with humans.
The global AI player market will reach 52.1 billion USD by 2028, with a compound annual growth rate of 45% from 2024-2028.
More broadly, market consulting firm IDC emphasized that spending on GenAI will reach 202 billion USD by 2028, accounting for 32% of total spending on AI. McKinsey estimates that GenAI will contribute $4.4 billion a year to the global economy, promoting the development of businesses.
