Forming a focused, intuitive operating platform
On May 14, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee held a launching ceremony for Khanh Hoa Provincial Smart Monitoring and Operation Center (IOC).
Deployed since 2023, Khanh Hoa IOC is built from a unified data platform, helping the government operate based on real-time data, changing from traditional management to modern management.
According to the roadmap, the investment in building the Khanh Hoa IOC Center is divided into 2 phases. From 2023 - 2024, build and form software systems, databases to serve the operations of Khanh Hoa IOC Center and server systems, commercial software to operate software systems, databases have been built. Invest in and install information technology equipment and facilities to form an intuitive operating sub system of the Khanh Hoa IOC Center.
Build 7 software subsystems and databases to serve the Center's operations, including: Connection and data integration software, data collection software, data processing analysis software, general information management software, IOC monitoring and operation software, urban resource space management software, management, connection, operation of IoT multi-device...
From the beginning of 2025 to now, entering the integration, testing and operation phase, the Center has connected and integrated data with the province's shared information systems. Coordinate with departments and branches to survey, collect and integrate data by management sector and field.
Mr. Pham Quoc Hoan - Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Khanh Hoa province informed that the Khanh Hoa IOC Center came into operation, for the first time, a centralized operating platform, integrating data from many important fields, contributing to changing the operating method from traditional to modern, digitalized.
Supporting provincial leaders to operate with focus
According to the Department of Science and Technology of Khanh Hoa province, there are 6 outstanding points that the IOC of Khanh Hoa brings. Notably, it integrates data from shared and specialized systems, thereby providing effective services to reflect the scene from administrative procedures to planning, social network analysis, etc.
The center provides 22 groups of smart monitoring and management services such as national accounts, public financial targets, currency, Insurance, Tax... With an intuitive interface and an instant warning system, the Khanh Hoa IOC Center supports early detection of abnormalities and proposal of quick and timely decisions to handle situations. Support the provincial leaders to operate focusedly, in real time.
People and businesses can look up planning information, send feedback on the site, monitor the progress of handling administrative procedures... from a single unit. Thereby, promoting transparency, reducing inconvenience procedures, and enhancing interaction between the government and the people.
Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan - Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee said that with the active coordination of 30 agencies and units, it will contribute to building a "digital brain", realizing Khanh Hoa's digital transformation goal.
Khanh Hoa IOC Center is not only a technological tool but also a "smart assistant" for leaders to expand interaction with people and businesses; listen and respond promptly through digital platforms, contributing to building a serving, friendly and effective government.
In the period of 2025-2030, the Khanh Hoa IOC Center will continue to expand towards comprehensively operating the Khanh Hoa provincial digital government in the direction of integrating data in specialized fields, expanding the scope of data sources and fields of supervision and operation. Relevant units continue to promote the application of new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), Big Data, Internet of Things (IoT) to serve effectively, becoming a comprehensive digital government and smart city operation center.
