The Edugame program " len so - len doi" with the theme "Professional online sales skills", held on the afternoon of October 8, attracted more than 200 guests who are representatives of financial - technology experts, e-commerce platforms, and many small traders and business households in Ho Chi Minh City.
The program is designed as an interactive game, combining knowledge and practical experience, helping participants strengthen online sales skills and raise awareness of digital transformation in business.

Speaking at the event, a representative of the organizing committee said that Vietnam has more than 5.4 million business households but only 2.1 million households have registered officially. That creates favorable conditions for traders to develop digital business. According to Ms. Ngoc, e-commerce and digital transformation help small traders easily reach customers in many places across the country, expanding to international markets; revenue and expenditure management is also easier and helps build sustainable brands.
However, Ms. Ngoc also noted that traders should register for business legally and have tax codes on e-commerce platforms; provide clear information about store names, sellers, contact phone numbers, publicize selling prices, shipping fees; clarify the origin of goods; declare and pay taxes based on actual revenue; protect customer information...
