Notably, the system has received nearly 66,000 feedbacks and comments from people, of which 94% have been processed in a timely manner, demonstrating a high level of cohesion between people and the government.

In particular, during the rainy and stormy season, the function of monitoring information on rainfall and flooding points through the IoT sensor system and flood map has become a useful tool to help people proactively respond, while supporting the government in implementing timely measures.

The city is orienting towards expanding the scope of application, integrating new digital services, promoting open data and applying artificial intelligence, aiming to serve people better and better.

This is not only a recognition of Da Nang's persistent efforts, but also a model for many localities to refer to, contributing to promoting comprehensive digital transformation nationwide.
