The Deputy Heads of the Committee include: Vice Chairman of Ho Quang Buu City People's Committee; Director of the Department of Science and Technology Nguyen Thanh Hong; Director of the Department of Home Affairs Phan Van Binh; Director of CATP Nguyen Huu Hop.
The Standing Agency of the Steering Committee and the Standing Agency for Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation Development is the Department of Science and Technology. The Department of Home Affairs is the standing agency for Administrative Reform. The City Police is the Standing Agency for Project 06.
The Steering Committee has the common task of researching and proposing to the City People's Committee and the Chairman of the City People's Committee to develop content, programs and plans for each field of work in the city according to the direction of the Central Government and the city in accordance with the specific conditions of the City and legal regulations. The Standing Agencies are responsible for advising on the contents and tasks according to their assigned functions, tasks and fields of work.

In addition, the Standing agencies advise on periodic reports according to regulations and areas of responsibility; promptly remove difficulties, obstacles or arising issues in the implementation process or report to competent authorities according to regulations.
