On the morning of July 31, the Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang City organized an in-depth training session on " application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in state management and corporate governance". More than 200 students attended in person and hundreds of people watched through 93 online points.
The training session demonstrated Da Nang's determination to make AI a core tool, improve the operational efficiency of the administrative apparatus and support business development. Under the guidance of Ms. Laura Nguyen, Director of GenAI Fund Investment Fund and a leading expert in AI, cadres, civil servants and public employees have accessed practical knowledge about the role of AI in public administration and the modern business environment.
According to experts, AI is no longer a distant concept but a driving force for breakthrough change. In state management, AI helps optimize processes, shorten processing time, reduce documents, thereby improving the quality of public services. More importantly, AI has the ability to analyze big data, helping agencies make more accurate policy decisions, towards a transparent and efficient administration.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Ho Quang Buu, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, emphasized that the training course is part of the city's long-term strategy to equip the staff with knowledge and skills in new technology. Mr. Buu believes that understanding and applying AI will help build a modern administration. At the same time, he also noted the importance of complying with regulations on data security and information security when deploying AI, ensuring technology serves humans safely and sustainably.
