This is a practical activity to ensure smooth and effective management and operation in new administrative units after the merger. The program was jointly organized by the Da Nang Center for Information Technology and Communications (Department of Science and Technology).
On July 3, the Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang said that this activity aims to realize plan No. 02-KH/BCDTW of the Central Steering Committee and plans of the City People's Committee on the synchronous deployment of information systems and shared platforms to serve local governments at both levels, starting from July 1, 2025.
The training was held simultaneously at 6 locations across the city, attracting the participation of many cadres and civil servants from new wards and communes. The training locations are arranged at: Hai Van Ward People's Committee, Tam Xuan Commune People's Committee, Tra My Commune People's Committee, Que Son Commune People's Committee, Hoi An Ward People's Committee, and Thanh My Commune People's Committee.
With the motto "hand in hand at pointing work", lecturers provided detailed instructions on the overview system, process of handling arrival documents and work processing. Students are allowed to practice directly on software, and any arising problems are answered in detail, ensuring that cadres and civil servants can grasp and apply them immediately to professional work. The atmosphere of the classes was serious but no less exciting.
To support long-term, the Organizing Committee has provided a set of detailed instructions and online videos, making it easy for units to look up when necessary. The training program will continue to be implemented for the remaining wards and communes in the coming time.
This event is an important step, demonstrating Da Nang's determination to promote digital transformation, modernize the administrative system, contribute to improving the efficiency of state management and serving people and businesses better and better in new administrative units.
