On July 5, VNPT of Dak Lak province informed that the situation of serving people and businesses coming to the Commune-level Public Administration Service Center for administrative procedure transactions has stabilized and operated smoothly.
Currently, the Dak Lak province's administrative procedure settlement information system is connected and operates smoothly with the National Public Service Portal. The records from the Civil Judgment Justice System and specialized databases have been synchronized.
From July 1 to 4, the total administrative procedure records that communes and wards received were 2,361 records. Of which, there are 1,635 direct records and 726 online records.

Mr. Nguyen Van Than - Deputy Director of VNPT Dak Lak province said that the unit has fully arranged 2 staff at each location.
Thereby, establishing a computer network system, supporting citizens to submit documents online, helping officials handle problems in the public service system.
According to Mr. Than, VNPT has supported communes and wards to measure internet transmission lines, ensuring a separate wifi network for staff and people.
In addition, the unit's staff checked the computer, ensuring that the entire machine was installed with additional virus terminal software for computers at the one-stop department.
The entire data transmission infrastructure has been connected, specialized for Party agencies and People's Committees of 102 communes and wards.
