Although still retaining the same design as the previous generation, the 2025 MacBook Air model has significant upgrades in hardware, performance and price.
The new version features an M4 chip, similar to the base model of the 14-inch MacBook Pro, with a 10-fold processor and an 8-fold processor. Another valuable upgrade is the webcam 12MP Center Stage, which opens up viewership and allows tracking users in frame.

In particular, the new MacBook Air has supported connecting two external screens even when the home screen is open, creating a more flexible three-screen system.
In terms of color, Apple introduces a new sky blue option, replacing the previous space gray color. The silver, starlight and black versions have remained the same since last year. However, this green is quite bland, and can easily be confused with silver if not directly compared.
One of the most important changes is price. The 13-inch MacBook Air version starts at $999, while the 15-inch version starts at $1,199. This is a price that has been adjusted down by 100 USD compared to the previous generation, making this laptop model more attractive to users.

In addition to the MacBook Air, Apple also introduced a new Mac Studio line with two options: one using the M4 Max chip and one with the M3 Ultra chip. Although the exterior design remains unchanged, the interior's performance has been significantly improved, suitable for creatives and AI workers.

Along with that, the new iPad Air with M3 chip was also launched, although there are not many significant upgrades.
All of these devices are available for order and will be officially launched next week.
