Mr. Le Thanh Do - Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee has just signed Decision No. 1999/QD-UBND approving the tasks and budget for hiring an information system to handle administrative procedures in Dien Bien province for the period 2025-2028.
Accordingly, the Department of Science and Technology of Dien Bien was assigned to be the lead unit, responsible for organizing and implementing tasks, ensuring the project is implemented on schedule, with quality and efficiency.
The system will be deployed synchronously at provincial departments, branches and People's Committees of communes and wards throughout the province.
According to the decision, the total estimated cost for system rental in the 2025-2028 period is 18.6 billion VND, of which the central budget is 6.8 billion VND and the local budget is 11.8 billion VND.
"During the implementation process, it is necessary to comply with regulations on standards and norms for the use of machinery and equipment, and legal regulations on public assets, bidding, and regular expenditure management" - the decision clearly stated.
Also according to Decision No. 2000 signed by Mr. Le Thanh Do, on approving the tasks and estimates of funding for the construction of a database of mineral resources and potential advantages of Dien Bien province.
The total estimated implementation cost is 10 billion VND, from the state budget (regular expenses). The implementation period is 2025-2026.
