Dong Thap Electronic Information Portal reported that the Sa Dec Ward Public Administration Service Center has just put into use a smart kiosk to support people in the process of performing administrative procedures.
Accordingly, people who come to perform administrative procedures will be instructed on how to use the equipment at the kiosk. Here, there is a modern integrated machine system, including a citizen identification card reader, just need to have a citizen identification card, the machine will automatically read the information and automatically enter information fields into the forms; the scanning machine will have the function of scanning documents and scanning codes to look up the progress of previously submitted documents.

At the kiosk, there is also a large screen that helps people easily look up administrative procedures and guide implementation procedures. Currently, the Center is completing the data entry of the form as well as providing additional utilities at the smart kiosk to make it most convenient for people.
According to the People's Committee of Dong Thap province, the implementation of the smart kiosk model not only contributes to speeding up the progress of online reception and processing, but also helps shorten waiting time, creating convenience for people, reducing pressure on reception officers. This is one of the practical solutions to promote administrative reform, aiming to build a modern administration that better serves the needs of the people.
