With the desire to promote the development of the digital economy in Vietnam, Google has launched new generation marketing tools integrated with AI on Google Search and YouTube, helping marketers and businesses optimize search value, flexibly adapt to changing shopping trends, maximize efficiency and build an accurate measurement system.
These improvements have just been introduced at Google Marketing Live, taking place on August 1 in Ho Chi Minh City. The event attracted more than 250 marketers and advertising partners nationwide.
With more than 2 billion users and 5 trillion searches annually globally, Google Search continues to play an important role in connecting users with the information system.
New features like AI Overviews, which have reached more than 2 billion users, provide quick, complex answers and multidimensional queries in Google Search results.
Google's AI solutions are designed to help marketers effectively capitalise on strategic and creative activities while reducing business operations costs. In the context of an increasingly tight corporate budget, Google AI helps develop efficiency measurement systems to accurately track interactive value and optimize investment decisions.
An important step forward for Vietnamese businesses is the launch of a pilot of Google's click-to-Zalo feature. Realizing that 77% of consumers are more likely to buy if they can chat directly with businesses, Google has cooperated with Zalo, Vietnam's leading messaging platform, to explore new ways to help consumers reach businesses more effectively.
This initiative will allow customers who search on Google to immediately connect to the official Zalo Account of the seller, promote personalized conversations and increase conversion capabilities. The pilot program is currently open to a small group of pre- selected enterprises.
Vietnam's digital economy is expected to reach a total value of goods (GMV) of up to 200 billion USD by 2030. At Google, we are honored to be a partner to support local businesses to develop a breakthrough in this growth momentum, shared Mr. Marc Woo, General Director of Google Vietnam.
With nearly 80 million internet users in Vietnam, Google hopes that the solutions proposed will help businesses increase their presence on Google Search and YouTube, flexibly adapt to changing consumer behavior, optimize marketing costs as well as reach customers effectively.
