Google launches its own AI feature for iPhone users

Google continues to expand the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into its products, this time focusing on iPhone users.

A new feature on the Google app for iOS has been discovered, promising to bring a smarter search experience thanks to suggestions from AI.

In the app, the pencil icon appears in the search box, allowing users to access the interface with a text box and some pre-made suggestions. When you start typing, the Gemini icon appears with the words "Create AI Suggestions".

After entering enough information, the system will automatically make suggestions based on the user's request. These suggestions can be selected to refine search results, making the search process faster and more efficient.

Currently, this feature is still in the beta testing phase, so it has not been widely released. However, when officially launched, this feature promises to help users save time, especially in situations where they need to search quickly without having to think too much about how to express or have to enter full data.

In addition, Google has just launched the advanced AI model Gemini 2.0, which is currently being tested by registered users. This is a strategic move by Google to compete directly with OpenAI, a major rival in the AI field. Gemini 2.0 is designed to perform more complex tasks, marking a new phase in the use of AI as a multi-purpose assistant.

Competition between Google and OpenAI is fueling rapid growth in the field. Recently, OpenAI launched a Sora video creation tool, and Google immediately responded with the Veo 2 product. These advances not only affirm the position of major technology companies but also bring users many new utilities.

With its continuous efforts, Google is showing great ambition in bringing useful AI tools to everyone, even on the iOS platform. This new search suggestion feature will be an important step forward, significantly improving the user experience when using mobile devices.
