On September 14, Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee just agreed to adjust the organization time of the Hung Yen Provincial Startup and Innovation Contest in 2026 to ensure efficiency and quality.
Accordingly, the time for receiving entries is adjusted from July 15 to the end of October 10, 2026. The preliminary judging time is from October 12 to October 17; the final judging is from October 19 to October 25. The summary and award ceremony is expected to be held on October 29, 2026.
Other contents in Plan No. 268/KH-UBND dated July 7, 2026 of the Provincial People's Committee on organizing the Hung Yen Provincial Startup and Innovation Contest in 2026 remain unchanged.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Science and Technology to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, agencies, and units to guide and urge the implementation of the contest, ensuring efficiency, quality and on schedule. At the same time, strengthen propaganda and dissemination of information about the contest to attract attention and participation.
The Hung Yen Provincial Startup and Innovation Contest 2026 is organized to inspire and spread the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation; arouse passion, creative ideas and the spirit of daring to think and dare to do in the community.
Through the contest, Hung Yen province aims to discover, honor and support potential startup ideas and projects; gradually form and develop a startup and innovation ecosystem, contributing to improving Hung Yen's competitiveness and position on the national innovation startup map.
