The Working Group of Project 06 of Khanh Hoa province has just reported the results in 2024 on the deployment and implementation of the Project "Developing applications of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030".
In Khanh Hoa, as of January 15, 2025, 1,255,210/1,442,710 permanent residents have been issued citizen identification cards/ID cards, reaching a rate of 87%, of which children under 6 years old: 46,111; people from 6 to under 14 years old: 67,498; people over 14 years old: 1,141,601; 957,031 level 2 electronic identification records have been collected; 894,291 accounts have been activated.
In 2024, 9/10 tasks of implementing Project 06 achieved good results. Specifically, for the task of Electronic Health Record System, electronic health book, 100% of medical facilities transferred 3,116,960 data to the social insurance to build the system.
Deployed 9 self-service health check-up kiosks at 6 hospitals. Completed connection and implementation of issuing Criminal Record Certificates on VNeID.
Strengthening non-cash payment solutions in monthly pension and social insurance allowance payments; non-cash social security payments. Completing the pilot of primary school digital transcripts and converting them into a regular task from the 2024-2025 school year. Deploying electronic invoices generated from cash registers to reach 100%; collecting lump-sum tax for business households to reach 39.14%. Completing training on MOOCs software with 2,322/4,739 registered students...
There is currently one unimplemented task: "Cashless toll collection at static parking lots (led by the Department of Transport).
