On the afternoon of March 22, leaders of Dan Hai Commune People's Committee said that immediately after receiving information reflecting the scene from the i-HaTinh application of a resident about a wood production facility encroaching on the road corridor in Hong Thuy village, Dan Hai commune, the locality sent officials from the Economic Department to coordinate with the Police to the scene for inspection.
After that, Dan Hai Commune Police proceeded to make a record of the incident and requested the business owner to move the encroached timber on the road corridor to ensure that the road corridor is clear.
Realizing his violation, the owner of the above-mentioned wood production facility quickly moved all the wood encroaching on the traffic corridor to another location.

Previously, on March 17, Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee organized the announcement of the deployment of the Ha Tinh Digital Citizen application (i-HaTinh) integrating a field feedback platform.
With the deployment of the i-HaTinh application, people can send feedback content along with images, videos and GPS locations of the scene on mobile devices, helping functional agencies quickly identify locations and handle problems.

In addition to mobile applications, people can also call the hotline 19009038 to report directly. The switchboard operator will receive, confirm, update content into the system and transfer it to competent authorities for handling.
People can monitor the status of handling feedback in real time, including the steps: received, being processed, completed and knowing which agency is responsible for resolving it.
After receiving the handling results, people can assess the level of satisfaction. This is an important basis for the government to assess the effectiveness of the units' work, contributing to improving the accountability and service quality of state agencies.
People can interact with processing results and receive automatic notifications on their phones when there is a new update on feedback or when there is an emergency notification from the government.
According to Mr. Phan Thien Dinh - Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee, the deployment of i-HaTinh application is to concretize the policy of transforming the "administrative management" mindset to the "service" mindset; is a "bridge" between the government and the people through modern technology platforms; is a strong affirmation of the determination to build a serving, transparent, and people-oriented government.
Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee called on each official, civil servant, public employee, each citizen and business in the province to proactively participate in using the application, together with the government to detect, reflect and promptly solve problems arising in life, contributing to building modern, transparent and sustainable Ha Tinh.
