On October 24, the University of Economics - University of Da Nang and the University of Economics - University of Hue in collaboration with the Vietnam E-commerce Association (VECOM) co-organized the National Scientific Conference "Promoting cross-border e-commerce 2025".

The workshop gathered managers, businesses, scientists, and experts in the field of e-commerce. Focus on discussing solutions to promote online exports, improve the competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises, as well as exchange and share specialized experiences in the digital economic era.
Speaking at the Workshop, Vice Principal of the University of Economics - University of Da Nang - Associate Professor, Dr. Doan Ngoc Phi Anh emphasized: "In the context of deep fluctuations in international trade, digital platform-based business models, especially cross-border e-commerce, have opened up great opportunities for businesses, no matter how small, to access the global market".

Amazon Global Selling, Google, Shopee are the "guides" in the online export trend on a global scale. The speakers shared strategies, tools, models and practical solutions to support Vietnamese micro, small and medium enterprises to access international markets effectively and sustainably.
Some outstanding presentations were presented at the Workshop: Report on "The Scale of Vietnamese cross-border e-commerce 2024"; Amazon's Strategy to Support Vietnamese Enterprises to promote online exports; Google's solutions and tools to support online exports; Shopee to support micro, small and medium-sized enterprises to export online.
In parallel with the comprehensive report, the Workshop also included 9 thematic subcommittees, focusing on topics such as cross-border logistics, digital marketing, global supply chain governance and digital transformation in trade.
Scientists presented research results, proposed models and solutions to improve digital capacity for Vietnamese enterprises.
