Moving forward on the roadmap to build the Project "Da Nang - City of Innovation", the Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang City has continuously organized seminars and discussions to build a solid scientific foundation for the content, mechanisms and policies of the Project. The series of events are not only preparatory steps but also an opportunity to gather knowledge, creativity and voices of the community, creating a comprehensive, complete and profound picture for the development of Da Nang.
The workshop to contribute ideas to the development of the Project "Da Nang - City of Innovation and Creativity" was held with the aim of synthesizing comments from relevant parties, finalizing the content of the Project and developing a specific action program for the period 2026 - 2030. This is a strategic step to ensure that the Project is highly applicable, suitable for the needs and development potential of the city.
The workshop is not only a place for delegates to discuss the content, but also opens up opportunities for comprehensive cooperation and connection, aiming to develop Da Nang into a center of sustainable innovation and international reach.
At the workshop, Ms. Le Thi Thuc - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang City - said that the project "Da Nang - City of Innovation" is a key task that the People's Committee of Da Nang City assigned to the Department of Science and Technology with the expectation that Da Nang will not only be a socio-economic center but also become a leading startup and innovation center in the region.
In order to build a scientific and practical foundation for the Project "Da Nang - City of Innovation", ensuring that the Project accurately reflects reality, is consistent with the aspirations and strengths of Da Nang, the Department of Science and Technology has deployed a series of workshops and seminars to gradually build a scientific foundation and collect multi-dimensional contributions from stakeholders.
"The workshop contributed ideas to develop the Project "Da Nang - City of Innovation and Creativity" with the goal of synthesizing and perfecting the content of the Project, as well as building a specific action program for the period 2026 - 2030.
