On June 22, the Department of Science and Technology of Quang Binh province announced that it had just organized an in-depth training course on the management and application of the Document Management and Operation System.
This activity aims to equip cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in new provincial and commune-level administrative units after the merger.
The training course is chaired by the Department's Information Technology and Communications Center, flexibly combining in-person and online forms.
Direct classes for system administration and documentation officers in new communes, and online form widely connected to all leaders, civil servants, and public employees of departments, branches, and localities in the province.
Deputy Director of the Center Bui Minh Duc emphasized that the unit has proactively reviewed, configurated the system, and issued a full user account, ensuring smooth operation since the two-level government apparatus officially took office.
Technical staff directly provided detailed instructions on how to use the system and answered questions arising during the actual deployment process at the facility. This helps the new team of staff quickly master the tools for directing, operating and handling daily work.
According to the Director of Nguyen Vinh Hue Center, the unit will continue to organize training courses according to target groups, especially giving priority to cadres in the old Quang Tri province before June 30, to ensure consistency and efficiency in the transfer and consolidation process.
The training program is part of a series of implementations of Resolution 18-NQ/TU and Plan 1358/KH-UBND of the province on the arrangement of administrative units, contributing significantly to the goal of building a modern administrative system, without interruption of public service activities, especially in the transition period.
