According to this department, the demand of individuals and organizations to look up land information, especially land use planning, is very large and legitimate according to the provisions of the law. There are unofficial platforms, established by organizations and individuals, so the information is not verified and can lead to incorrect information.
Through land registration, notarization of contracts and transactions on land and housing in the province in recent times, many cases of forging land use right certificates and other assets attached to land have been discovered for the purpose of defrauding and appropriating citizens' assets, greatly affecting people's psychology and causing confusion in public opinion.
From the above practice, the project "Building an application to publish information on land use planning and look up land use right certificates in Binh Thuan province" was approved from 2023 and the application was built. Up to now, the iLand Binh Thuan application has been completed and put into use, serving the need to look up complete information about land lots such as sheet number, plot number, coordinates and the latest planning information. Thereby limiting risks in investment and trading related to land.
