Furthermore, milk contains calcium and vitamin D - two important factors in fat metabolism. Research from Harvard shows that people who consume more dairy products have lower levels of belly fat than those who consume little or no dairy products. Calcium not only supports bone health but can also enhance fat burning. Therefore, milk can be chosen for breakfast.

Additionally, nonfat or low-fat milks provide a rich source of nutrients without significantly increasing calories.

However, it's important to note that not all milks are created equal. Skim milk or milk with added sugar may not provide the same benefits.

It is also important that incorporating milk into the diet is done thoughtfully, alongside a well-rounded diet and regular physical activity.

It can be seen that milk plays a positive role in weight loss by providing protein, calcium and vitamin D, helping to control appetite and supporting the fat burning process. But the choice and way of consumption are very important to achieve optimal results.
