Dinh lang has the effect of nourishing the body, enhancing blood circulation and is especially used by many people to improve insomnia.

However, not everyone is suitable for using Dinh Lang leaves. Moreover, using them for the wrong subject can cause unwanted effects.

Regarding the effect of supporting the treatment of insomnia, Dinh Lang leaves are highly appreciated for their ability to calm the mind and regulate qi and blood.

Insomnia is often associated with poor blood circulation, nervousness or physical weakness. Dinh Lang leaves have a mild bitter taste, cool properties, helping to soothe nerves, reduce anxiety and create a relaxing feeling.

People with mild insomnia, insomnia, or frequent night awakening can use Dinh Lang leaves to boil water to drink, decoct medicine, or dry them to make tea to improve sleep quality. Dinh Lang leaves also help boost brain circulation, thereby supporting a more natural sleep.

But not because of those benefits that anyone can arbitrarily use Dinh Lang leaves. People with weak constitution, low blood pressure or frequent colds need to be careful when using them because the coolness of Dinh Lang leaves can make the body more tired, causing dizziness or digestive disorders.

People who are using sedatives, cardiovascular medications or chronic diseases should also not arbitrarily combine Dinh Lang leaves without doctor's advice.

Sharing can increase or decrease the effect of the drug, affecting health. In particular, abusing Dinh Lang leaves for a long time, drinking too much or too much can cause fatigue, nausea and adverse effects on sleep.
