Boat posture

How to do it: Sit on a mat with both legs straight in front, keeping your back straight. Place both hands close to your hips, palms down to the floor. Exhale, slowly bend your knees and lift your legs off the ground, creating a angle of about 45 degrees. At the same time, bring your hands forward or upwards, open your chest and keep your back straight. Maintain the pose for 10-20 seconds and then return to the starting position.

How to do it: Sit on your heels in a kneeling position. Inhale, lift your arms over your head. Exhale and slowly bend forward until your forehead touches the carpet.
