The liver is an organ with natural functions in detoxifying, metabolizing and eliminating harmful substances from the body.

Therefore, the concept of "liver detoxification" should not be understood in an extreme sense such as using rapid detoxification methods or products of unknown origin. Instead, it is important to support the liver to function better through a scientific lifestyle and nutrition.

In hot weather, supplementing enough water is a key factor. When the body is dehydrated, the filtration and excretion functions of the liver and kidneys are affected. Drinking enough water, combined with natural drinks such as low-sugar fruit juice or water from green vegetables, helps maintain circulation and support metabolism. Avoid abusing sugar or alcoholic beverages because they increase the burden on the liver.

Diet also needs to be adjusted reasonably. Priority should be given to foods rich in fiber, vitamins and antioxidants such as green vegetables, fresh fruits, and nuts. These foods help reduce oxidative stress - one of the causes of liver cell damage. At the same time, limit fried foods, greasy foods, or processed foods, as they can cause the liver to overwork.

Sleep and a healthy lifestyle play an indispensable role. The liver is active at night, especially between 11 pm and 3 am. Getting enough sleep and limiting staying up late will create conditions for the liver to recover and regenerate more effectively. In addition, maintaining gentle exercise such as walking or yoga also helps improve circulation and support liver function.

It can be said that in the hot season, liver detoxification needs to be approached scientifically and balanced. Do not rush after unproven rapid methods, but instead, focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, a reasonable diet and providing enough water for the body. This is a sustainable way to protect and strengthen liver health.
