    Initial information, the traffic accident occurred at about 8:27 pm on April 11, at the intersection between Nguyen Tat Thanh street and Truong Chinh street in zone 2, Van Phu Ward, Phu Tho province.

    At the above time, a pickup truck with license plate: 29KT-106. 56 driven by Mr. D. VT (born 1987, residing in Cam Khe commune, Phu Tho) on Truong Chinh street (in the direction from Van Phu ward to Nong Trang ward) - collided with an ambulance with license plate 19A-125. 07 (white license plate of Lam Thao Regional Medical Center) driven by Mr. N.V.H (born 1982, residing in Viet Tri ward, Phu Tho) on Nguyen Tat Thanh street (in the direction from Hung Temple to Viet Tri bridge).

    There were 4 people on the ambulance, including 1 person with minor scratches.
