1. Morning (5am - 8am): refreshing spirit, a gentle start
This is the time when the body is not yet affected by external factors, the spirit is calm and easy to concentrate.
Practicing yoga in the morning helps warm the body, increase blood circulation and kick-off energy for the whole day.
2. Afternoon (16am - 6pm): The most flexible body of the day
The body temperature increases in the afternoon, the muscles and joints become more flexible, making it easier to perform difficult positions.
3. Night (after 7pm): Relax and relieve stress
Gentle yoga in the evening helps calm the nervous system, reducing stress after a day of work.
You should choose recovery exercises, meditation, ... to support deep sleep and relax the body.
